Velava
Velava is a practice management tool for independent therapists and coaches in the Netherlands - scheduling, client management, invoicing, and tax overview, all in one place, in Dutch and English.
We're starting a three-month pilot around 1 June 2026 with about ten therapists. The pilot exists to make sure Velava actually works for the people who'll use it every day, before we launch publicly. If you join, you use Velava for your practice for three months - real clients, real workflow - and tell us what works and what doesn't.
The pilot, in short
- Three months, free, full product. No trial limits, no card on file. Real Velava, exactly as a paying customer would use it.
- Lifetime discount of at least 50% after launch. For as long as you stay with Velava.
- First six months post-launch: charity-funded. 100% of your subscription goes to a Dutch mental-health charity, chosen together with you from a shortlist of ANBI-status organisations.
- Real product, not a beta. Velava will have everything you need to run your practice when the pilot starts - scheduling, clients, contracts, invoicing, tax overview.
- Direct line to the founders. No support queue. If something breaks or is confusing, you talk to us.
- Limited spots. About ten therapists in this cohort.

Who you'd be working with
A two-person founding team plus our domain expert - a practising therapist who's been part of Velava since the start. Small on purpose; it keeps the pilot personal.
